Who we are
Chartwell Noble Estate Agents, The Hayloft, Offerton Farm, Worcester WR3 8SX, is the controller of the personal information collected through this website, which has been prepared for the sale of Tramps and Monkswell House, Angel Place, Worcester.
What we collect
The details you provide in the enquiry and data room request forms (name, company, role, email address, telephone number, investor type, funding position and your message); records of access to the data room, including sign-in, acceptance of the confidentiality undertaking, documents previewed or downloaded, the time of each action and the IP address used; and basic analytics about how the website is reached and used, such as the referring website and campaign information.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to administer the sale on behalf of the vendor (including deciding whether to grant access to the data room and keeping a record of the information released), and to meet our obligations under the Money Laundering Regulations.
Lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interests, and those of the vendor, in marketing and selling the property and in protecting confidential information. Where you are considering a purchase, we also process your information in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Anti-money laundering checks are carried out to comply with a legal obligation.
Sharing
We may share relevant information with the vendor and their professional advisers in connection with the sale. Our website, database and email service providers process information on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep information for the duration of the sale and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can deal with any questions arising from the transaction. Anti-money laundering records are kept for the period required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns first.
